It’s great that your organization has people who care – that’s amazing!

But any product (website or otherwise) built by committee is sure to have tradeoffs that no one is happy with.

Be the leader your project needs.

Determine your goal, establish your vision, and make it happen.

Don’t be afraid to make hard choices – be grateful you have the opportunity to create something with impact.
