Projects Update: Here’s What We’re Creating Now

by Sarah-Leah Thompson

They say time flies when you’re having fun. This is also the case when you’re a small team managing 60+ accounts.

Both of those factors combined are probably why the last time we posted a projects update was back in 2018.

We’ve been amazingly fortunate to partner with so many new mission-driven organizations over the last four years! It would be bananas to talk about all the projects we’ve been working on in that time — instead, we’re going to focus a smattering of projects from the last six months that we’re especially excited about.

Without further ado, let’s dive in!

MD Energy Choice: Digital and Physical Marketing

MD Energy Choice is the official electric and natural gas shopping site for the Maryland Public Service Commission.

This past year, we created the new brand and website for MD Energy Choice. Once the site was up and running, it was time to tell the world about their mission.

We started by creating a brand new Facebook and Instagram account, and then building a 12-month social media marketing content calendar. Breathing new life into their existing website content, we created fresh graphics intended to educate Maryland residents about their energy rights.

From there, we took the content out of the digital world and transformed into physical ads as billboards and shopping mall promotions.

It was pretty darn cool seeing our work out in the wild!

New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center: Doubling Email Open Rates + Magazine Ads

New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center (NHOC) is a full service practice specializing in orthopaedics, a medical discipline focused on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal diseases and injuries. NHOC consists of fellowship-trained, subspecialty physicians who are dedicated to keeping you in motion.

When we started designing new email campaigns for NHOC, their open rate was around 18%. After nine months of carefully curated emails, the open rate increased all the way up to 44%! According to Campaign Monitor, the average open rate for Healthcare Services is 23.7%. We’re incredibly proud of the impact we’ve been able to make on NHOC’s email marketing success.

In addition to email marketing, we’ve spearheaded designing NHOC’s printed advertising, including monthly pun-tastic magazine ads:

American Friends of Sheba Medical Center: Improving Branding and Driving Traffic

American Friends of Sheba Medical Center (AFSMC) raises awareness and philanthropic support across the U.S. for Sheba Medical Center’s compassionate clinical care, comprehensive educational training, cutting edge research and innovation for the advancement of medicine.

After redesigning AFSMC’s website this past year, their social media needed a facelift to match. We took over creating timely content, such as promoting the impact of Sheba Medical Center’s recent mission to Ukraine:

Six months later, the results speak for themselves:

  • 31.3K% increase in Facebook Reach
  • 704% increase in Instagram Reach
  • 142% increase in Facebook Likes
  • 120% increase in Instagram Likes

National Gaucher Foundation: Community Engagement and Education via Social Media

The National Gaucher Foundation empowers Gaucher patients through financial support, educational programming, patient services, and collaboration with medical professionals.

Most recently, we’ve been working with the folks at National Gaucher Foundation to step up their social media and email marketing game.

By elevating their robust library of information and resources with custom graphics, we’re excited to help NGF reach the Gaucher community in a meaningful way.
